Email info at glance-works dot com. Include your device and iOS version if it's a bug, and the river or gauge if it's about a specific reading — it makes it much faster to track down.
Common things
- A gauge shows no data. The USGS feed for that site is down or reporting gaps; it usually returns on its own. If it stays blank for more than a day, let me know which gauge.
- The widget isn't updating. iOS decides how often widgets refresh. Opening the app forces a fresh reading.
- You can't find your river. Search by river name, town, or zip code. If a gauge you know exists isn't showing up, email me the USGS site number and I'll look into it.

Flow Now collects nothing about you. The details are in the privacy policy.
